• Do you offer standard training packages?
Yes we do – if you would like us to deliver a standard training programme we can put this together following agreement with you on the subjects you would like to cover and we would recommend
• How much does the training cost?
We would agree budget at the time of meeting you once we have ascertained the type of training required, the frequency and number of participants in order for us to be able to meet your requirements and budgetary needs
• Do we have to pay extra for the training materials?
All materials would be included in the agreed budget
• Do you have facilities to deliver training outside our premises?
We do not have a training centre but we would be able to source suitable training venues convenient to you if required
• Do you specialise in specific industries?
Whilst we have experience in a number of different industries, we strongly believe that good customer service skills are transferable from industry to industry. We focus on understanding your specific company needs and requirements
